Tell Me About Them “Personality”: Throughout the course of Code Vein, Bridget is primarily motivated by altruism - she never has any reason to help others but does so anyway out of a simple sense of shared humanity. As a Revenant, she clings to a simple truth - living is more than merely existing. By continually striving to act as a 'human being', she retains her own mind and sense of self, a goal that is central to all Revenants.
As the Successor of the Blood, Bridget had the ability to restore lost memories, a task that deeply impressed on her two things: how important memories are to living beings, and that the gap between what a person is thinking and what they're saying can be as vast as the ocean.
Overall, Bridget has made the conscious decision to believe in other people as a way of clinging to her humanity - she understands that she might come off as naive, but it's born out of a keen knowledge of humanity's own darkness and her choice is to reject the impulse to treat others as objects.
